HOW TO KNOW WHERE TO START WITH BREATHWORK OR WHICH STYLE IS BEST?
There are many forms of breathwork and therapies around: Rebirthing, transformational, holotropic, functional, shamanic, and of course the multitude of pranayama breathing practices that have been around for millennia. It can be overwhelming to know what's right for you.
For me, the best place to begin is to develop an understanding of your relationship with your breath, your mind, and your body.
Learn how you can engage the breath to intentionally calm or activate your nervous system, and to experience directly how you can expand your consciousness using breath.
Primarily all forms of Breathwork will change our physiology to a greater or lesser degree and therefore affect our emotional and psychological experience as well.

WHAT WOULD A SESSION LOOK LIKE?

When we start our work, we would have an initial dive where we out find exactly what you are looking to change or improve. We have a very unique approach with the infusing this method with the wonderful colour interpretations of your inner standings. there, together we decide whether that will mean a one-off session or a package of sessions with a particular outcome or goal in mind. One-off sessions are less common; we need to cultivate the relationship to build trust.
Sessions range from 1 - 2 hours. One hour sessions are usually reserved for existing clients wanting a refresh or an introductory support session.
We approach our methodology from the point that you are already perfect and whole but perhaps there are aspects of yourself which remain hidden, simply waiting for your attention so that they can begin to release.
Sessions can take place in person or online - both are powerful. However if online we would like to hold a 20 minute online discussion prior to commencement.
The main focus of our technique infused with Breathwork, and deep attuned frequency healing modalities . It is informed by ethical practice, consent, trauma awareness, and an honouring of your (and my own) personal boundaries. Together we will identify your personal objectives and work from there.

our cancellation policy
All payments are due in full before your session or event.
Please ensure you have booked a free 20 minute consult booking and paying for your session.
48 hours notice is required for any changed or cancellation of one to one bookings. Payments for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of start time (or no-shows) remain due in full. In exceptional circumstances your payment/session date & time may be transferred by agreement. A small admin charge may be retained to cover any missed session costs.
Events (Important note): There are no refunds on any cancellations made within 4 weeks of an event date. If cancelled prior to that, please contact me for my full events and retreats cancellations policy or check in the event listing information.
Events & training program bookings may not be transferred without prior agreement.
