PROGRAMME

The O Breath for Pregnancy & Birthing Programme has been designed to educate women on the power and benefits of engaging in specific breathwork techniques during pregnancy to assist with managing the physical changes and developments and emotions that may arise. The Mothers will learn how to engage their breath during the phases of labour to assist with relaxation and pain management. Through active participation in guided exercises, the Mothers will develop tools and techniques to improve physical and mental health, cultivate mindfulness and a connection with her growing child, reduce stress, and promote emotional wellness required for a healthy pregnancy and labour.
We look forwards to supporting you to harness your natural birthing power, to birth in a calm controlled manner and to deliver your baby as peacefully as possible.
