The O Breath speech pathology for children programme has been specifically designed for children seeking to improve communication skills and overall well-being. This programme focuses on harnessing the power of breath to enhance speech and language abilities. Over this course, we explore various breathing techniques that can support and enhance the speech pathology journey. By understanding and engaging with the breath we not only improve respiratory control and speech, but also learn how to regulate emotions, reduce anxiety and increase overall vocal confidence.

Through O Breathwork, you are encouraged to explore your emotions, release pent-up tension, and access a state of deep relaxation. And the jumping-in point for any discussion on breathing is the centre of it all—the mind.With our minds we can guide our breath, which subsequently controls our nervous system, which ultimately governs our entire body.

This breathwork course aims to target and alleviate such issues by improving mindfulness, productivity and overall physical and mental wellbeing.

THE O BREATH - PRIMARY SCHOOL PROGRAMME

The O Breath™  primary school programme has been designed specifically for
primary school aged children, implemented over an 8 week period in the school setting. the children will learn how to engage with their breath to support their mental wellbeing and emotional regulation.

THE O BREATH - HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMME 

The O Breath™ high school programme has been designed specifically for an adolescent audience, to be implemented over an 8 week period in the school setting. The students will learn the science behind breathing and the affects it has on the body.

This course will provide high school students with practical tools to manage their mental health, develop a healthy relationship with their breath, and cultivate emotional resilience.

The O Breathwork pregnancy and birthing program has been designed to educate you on the power and benefits of engaging in specific Breathwork techniques during pregnancy to assist with managing the physical changes, developments and emotions that may arise. Supporting you to harness your natural birthing power, to birth in a calm controlled manner and to deliver your baby as peacefully as possible.
