The O Breath™ Retreats provide you with a safe and supportive space to go within to find the answers for your healing so that you can create the shifts that allow your own transformation to unfold as you journey to a place of alignment, empowerment, and self-discovery.
The O Breath Technique™ is a holistic approach to regaining your mental, physical, and spiritual health. During the retreat you will be guided through the deep and multi-layered practices allowing you the opportunity to regain self-control over what you may have otherwise surrendered to.
You will identify and resolve thought patterns, beliefs and behaviours that no longer serve you. This will help decrease stress, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, guilt, and shame commonly associated with trauma and childhood wounding. This release allows you to begin to heal the repercussions that have resulted on all levels emotionally and physically.
